Personal Music
History: Tom played in bands from 5th grade
through college. Since graduation from college in 1964, he had only played
about 6 months until about a year ago when he began playing with the Frisco
Community Band. He decided to take up his instrument again about two years ago
when he was asked to play with a brass ensemble for the funeral of his college
band director, Dr. Raymond T. Bynum. That experience convinced him that he
should play again.
